Drone Coverage? Should you get it?

We believe drone footage can significantly enhance the production value of your film or wedding video. While the decision to include it is entirely yours, we highly recommend considering it.

Here are some key points we'd like to highlight: Safety is paramount to us—we exercise caution in all flying environments, especially around people. We strictly adhere to legal flying regulations, though variables like local events may affect our flight plans. We prioritize safe flying conditions, avoiding inclement weather and high winds whenever possible. Drones are designed to operate quietly to minimize disruption, perfect for capturing moments like outdoor ceremonies or cocktail hours. Sometimes during bridal sessions, we skillfully integrate drone footage to enrich your wedding film.

  • Absolutely not! Your wedding day is an incredibly special occasion, and i want to make sure that we capture every moment in the best possible way. That's why i always work with two videographers, My wife, Leni is an incredible assistant with an eye for details and candid moments with her bubbly personality.

  • We offer the option to include raw video footage of your wedding as an additional add-on. This unedited film captures all the special moments, providing you with original clips to cherish and relive your day.

  • We may use a few small lights on a stand during receptions if the conditions are too dark to film in.  We would use a light namely during the moments of importance, i.e. first dance, speeches, etc. We want to assure that your film is exposed and has the correct lighting.

  • I value input on style and music preferences from our clients, aiming to understand their vision for their film. However, many clients entrust me with creative freedom in editing. Music and vibes change, but its your film that i desire to have a lasting effect.

I meticulously select licensed music for our films through 3rd party vendors. Using unlicensed music in films is illegal, so we strictly adhere to music licensing regulations.

Securing popular music for our films can be complex and expensive, and typically difficult to obtain permissions. To streamline this process, we utilize specialized music licensing platforms designed for filmmakers, which is where the majority of our music originates. I will be sure to do my best to ensure that all my clients are happy with their final product.

  • Capturing professional audio is essential for our videography. We use high-quality Tascam lavalier microphones for interviews and close dialogue, along with a Tascam recorder and boom microphone for broader soundscapes. We monitor levels closely during recording to ensure balanced sound and avoid distortion. Choosing quiet environments and using acoustic treatments further enhance audio quality. In post-production, we edit for clarity and consistency, adjusting levels and reducing noise to achieve a polished audio mix that complements our videos effectively.

  • We do have cameras that capture the same data on dual memory cards simultaneously, so there is always a backup recording in case of card failure. I also immediately store and backup all files to multiple sources at the end of the wedding day.

  • To ensure your special day is captured with the utmost care and creativity, we recommend booking our wedding videography services 6-12 months in advance. Our schedule tends to fill up very fast. For regular film sessions 1 month notice is appropriate.

We work with all couples no matter their race, religion, or orientation.
